Comfortable couches are cosily grouped around an enormous master craftsman-constructed sandstone fireplace in the Lounge and bookshelves well stocked with a selection of favourite books are close on hand. The Lounge also contains a slate-base billiards table, a table tennis table, a dartboard and a CD stereo sound system. Free Wifi is also available for all guests. Everything, in short, that is necessary for relaxation and enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use and outside is an undercover BBQ area. The Dining Room is spacious with seating for 24. It has incredible views from every window of rolling fields, the Marine Park, Churchill Island, Western Port Bay and Wildlife Reserves.
The grounds at Island Bay are extensively landscaped with native plants and a careful selection of exotics. The free form solar heated pool and spa is located in the middle of the grounds, a short walk from all cabins. The pool, spa and pool surrounds are truly unique; their layout is based on a "one-off" design.
Island Bay Ranch is a great venue for small business conventions, seminars, management getaways etc. Island Bay in house catering can be arranged by prearrangement with the Café.
